Every year, Texas AEYC honors individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the field of early care and education through our Awards program. Nominations for the following awards must be received by June 1st of each year. Honorees are recognized at the Texas AEYC Annual Conference.

The categories for awards are as follows :

Classroom Teacher of the Year
Teacher Educator of the Year
Administrator of the Year
Advocate of the Year
Susan Hargrave Trainer of the Year
Texas AEYC Excellence in Leadership Award (which recognizes an outstanding Texas AEYC Board member)
