The Texas Association for the Education of Young Children (TAEYC) is pleased to announce our Annual Conference, 
September 30 – October 2, 2010 in Austin, Texas at the Radisson Hotel & Austin Convention Center. TAEYC, has opportunities for businesses to gain recognition with our membership and participate in our annual conference through conference sponsorship. All conference sponsors will be listed in the official conference program and on our website, and depending upon the level of sponsorship, receive complimentary exhibit opportunities, advertisements, and full conference registrations. Use the following information to determine your level of sponsorship, whether it be an entire event or a specific amount for the conference overall); then complete the sponsorship form and return it with payment to the address provided. The TAEYC Annual Conference can offer:
- The opportunity to share your dynamic ideas and products with early care and education professionals.
- Introduce new products and give demonstrations.
- We anticipate 1,500 professionals in the field of early childhood education such as college faculty, trainers, teachers, aides, parents and administrators from both the public and private sector who are interested in what you have to offer and in purchasing these materials.
- Musical general sessions, a poster session Galleria and Lunch vendors from 12:30 – 2:00 each day of the conference to draw attendees into the exhibit hall!!!

GOLD SPONSOR – $3,000 – $4,999
- Includes Three 10 x 10 exhibit spaces, Half-page advertisement in the conference program, Three reserved tickets to the Public Policy Luncheon or Accreditation Breakfast, Special recognition as Gold Sponsor in the conference program , Three complimentary conference registrations and Advertisement and link to your website on the conference website for 6 months (4 before the conference/2 after).
SILVER SPONSOR – $2,000 – $2,999
- Includes Two 10 x 10 exhibit spaces, Quarter-page advertisement in the conference program, Two reserved tickets to the Public Policy Luncheon or Accreditation Breakfast, Special recognition as Silver Sponsor in the conference program , Two complimentary conference registrations and Advertisement and link to your website on the conference website for 6 months (4 before the conference/2 after).
