Join us for our 2022 Annual Conference September 15-17, 2022 in San Antonio, TX! Our conference provides exhibitors with opportunities to connect with over 1,200 early childhood educators from across the state. Our Annual Conference is the largest and longest running early childhood conference in Texas and brings together early childhood leaders from different program settings (public school, Head Start, child care, family child care, etc.) 

Exhibitor booths start at $300 for non-profit organizations and $600 for for-profit organizations. Each booth comes with a table, table cloth, and two chairs. In addition to a traditional exhibit hall, the Hyatt Regency Riverwalk features exhibitor booths in high traffic atriums near breakout session rooms.
