The Texas AEYC STARS, founded in 2014, is an Alliance of former Texas AEYC Past Presidents and Board Members who have a desire to continue contributing to the Association after their terms have ended. The concept of organizing this Alliance is to utilize the historical perspective of former members of the Board of Directors and provide a special service and support to Texas AEYC.  All former Texas AEYC Past Presidents and Board Members are automatically eligible to be STAR Members and participation in Alliance meetings results in active membership.  The goal of the STAR Alliance is to meet together with former Texas AEYC Board Members to talk about the present, preserve the past and support Texas AEYC in building the future for young children, their families and ECE professionals.
